Ryan Graue transitioned his career from aerospace to healthcare in 2012 after recognizing a major opportunity to improve patient care by applying systems thinking and operations management methodologies to an industry where these approaches had not been heavily adopted in practice. He has held roles in applied research, internal consulting/project management, and operational leadership. Ryan’s background in engineering, operations, and business helped him find his niche in developing customized analytical solutions to solve operational challenges and to support strategic decision making. His ultimate goal is to collaborate with healthcare professionals across the world to refine and distribute these solutions to drive improvements in care delivery at a much larger scale.
